Now you can make amazing Pepper Rasam or Soup in 5 mins

Equipment

  • 1 Table spoon
  • 1 cooking bowl

Materials

  • 1 Table Spoon Grounded Instant Rasam powder
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Cup Broth (optional but worth adding) Any broth from lentils or veggies or meat
  • 5 leaf Curry Leaf
  • 2 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 whole Tomato (optional)

Instructions

  • Add them all together in the Bowl
  • Do not boil, stop as soon as you see it raise.
  • Enjoy the Rasam or Soup

Notes

  • If making Soup, you can add some cooked  cut vegetables or sautéed vegetables
  • If you want spicy, Add little more Instant Rasam powder and adjust as per your taste.
