Peppery Rasam / Soup in 5 mins
Now you can make amazing Pepper Rasam or Soup in 5 mins

Equipment
- 1 Table spoon
- 1 cooking bowl
Materials
- 1 Table Spoon Grounded Instant Rasam powder
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup Broth (optional but worth adding) Any broth from lentils or veggies or meat
- 5 leaf Curry Leaf
- 2 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander leaf
- Salt to taste
- 1 whole Tomato (optional)
Instructions
- Add them all together in the Bowl
- Do not boil, stop as soon as you see it raise.
- Enjoy the Rasam or Soup
Notes
- If making Soup, you can add some cooked cut vegetables or sautéed vegetables
- If you want spicy, Add little more Instant Rasam powder and adjust as per your taste.
