Equipment
- 1 Kadai For heating the Ghee
- 1 Spatula For mixing
- 1 Large Plate / mixing bowl to mix the Laddu mix & Ghee
- 2 Hands 🙂
Materials
- 1 Pack Laddu Mix
- 130 ml Pure Ghee
- Dry fruits to garnish Saffron / Pista / Badam / Cashew / Dry grapes
Instructions
- Put the laddu mix into a bowl or plate.
- Warm some ghee (50℃ to 70℃) and pour it into the mix slowly, not all at once.
- Stir everything together with a spatula.
- Stop adding ghee when the LadduMix looks moist and can be rolled into balls.
- Once it's warm enough to touch, shape the mixture into laddus (round balls).
- Decorate them and savor your delicious laddus!

Notes
- If the laddu isn’t coming together in your hand, just add a bit more ghee.
- Don’t heat the ghee too much; it should be warm but safe to touch with your hands.
- Ghee is the flavor that brings taste to the ladoos, so dont reduce it than mentioned.
- For glossy besan laddoos, you can add little more Ghee
