- 1 Pack Laddu Mix
- 130 ml Pure Ghee
- Dry fruits to garnish Saffron / Pista / Badam / Cashew / Dry grapes
Put the laddu mix into a bowl or plate.
Warm some ghee (50℃ to 70℃) and pour it into the mix slowly, not all at once.
Stir everything together with a spatula.
Stop adding ghee when the LadduMix looks moist and can be rolled into balls.
Once it's warm enough to touch, shape the mixture into laddus (round balls).
Decorate them and savor your delicious laddus!
- If the laddu isn't coming together in your hand, just add a bit more ghee.
- Don't heat the ghee too much; it should be warm but safe to touch with your hands.
- Ghee is the flavor that brings taste to the ladoos, so dont reduce it than mentioned.
- For glossy besan laddoos, you can add little more Ghee
