Instructions
Making Dough
Mix the required amount of atta with other ingredients mentioned above.
Add a teaspoon cooking oil
Add water and make dough to roti consistency
Making Thalipeeth
Take moist muslin cloth
Take large lemon sized dough ball
Flatten the dough on the muslin cloth to a thick (about quarter inch thick) flat bread.
Make 3-4 holes around it
Lift it with the cloth and lay it on hot tawa
Carefully peel the cloth off it.
Add few drops of cooking oil and cover the roti with a lid and cook untill it turns golden & crisp.
Cook both sides.
It tastes best when served hot.
