Adai Dosa
Classic Adai Dosa recipe by Sivagami Amma's Kitchen, all the way from GangaiKondan (Tamil Nadu). This batter is rich with Proteins from Lentils (Toor, Channa & Moong dal) and rice. This is extremely flavourful and tasty.

1 Pair of Scissors
1 Dosa Tawa
1 Laddle
1 Knife & chopping board

- ½ cup Chopped Onion
- Coriander leaves - Fresh
- Green Chillies (Optional)
- Salt (to taste)
- Cooking oil (for dosa making)
- Cooking Oil, Mustard seeds & Curry leaf for tadka (optional for more flavour)
Prepration
Shift the batter to a bowl.
Allow the batter to Normalise to room temperature (10-20 mins max)
Meanwhile prepare the veggies and add it to the batter
Add salt & chillies as per your taste
Tadka / Ogrenne / Thalippu: With mustard seeds & currly leaves (optional)
Cooking
Pour and spread the prepared Adai batter on hot tawa
Keep it thick (finger thick)
Cover with lid to cook faster
Turn the dosa and cook both side to golden color.
Serve Hot with your favourite chutney
Batter pack contains:
- Asafetida / Hing
- Ground nut oil
NOTE: A tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaf can be added to batter to enhance the flavour.
