  • Kadai
  • Frying Spatula
  • Cooking oil
  • Bowl

Materials

  • 1 Pack Banana Flower Vada batter
  • table Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Shift the batter to a bowl
  • Add salt to taste & Mix well
  • Heat the Oil
  • Make the batter to a lemon size ball
  • Keeping on the palm, flatten the batter
  • Slowly drop it in the Hot oil
  • Once it floats, turn side.
  • Enjoy the Vadas!
